We helped this privately held bank in the Dominican Republic design and implement an integrated profitability system including capacity utilization reporting.  We designed and conducted enterprise wide roll-out sessions instructing middle, senior and executive management on the use of the information in the professional management of the business. We then helped design and implement a rolling forecast of integrated profitability results and a financial management solution for use in distributing the forecast to business managers and creating the annual budget.
